To advertise on TICAU:
Pay for your ad(s) via TICA's PayPal account (paypal@tica.org) or contact Accounting (956-428-8046) to pay by check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, or American Express. Then email your link and image (in JPG format sized appropriately) to webmaster@tica.org - in the subject line use "TICAU Ad Submission" and note in your email how you have paid and which school you are advertising on or if it's ROS.
